Experiences on Sejerø

Sejerø is an obvious destination if you want to hike or cycle in unique Danish nature. Sejerø offers various events, excursions and activities throughout the year for both young and old visiting the Island of Mountains. You can read much more in this Sejerø brochure

Although Sejerø is only 12.5 squarekilometer in size and has 400 inhabitants, the island actually has its own 9-hole golf course where you can try your hand at both sand pits and waterholes - but above all, the hilly course requires precision.

Would you rather try your hand at the game of golf on a smaller scale, you can visit Sejerø Minigolf, where there are no shortage of challenges when it comes to putting the little golf ball.

The cultural input is provided by Islands Folk High School provides. Here you can courses throughout the year, where everything from sustainability to choir singing to jewelry making is on the program.

Outside the season you can also rent the Folk High School if you are hosting an event with an association, school, company or similar.

I Sejerø Culture House and Museum you can explore in an old-fashioned grocery store, which was open from 1870-1978 and now serves as a museum.

In the cultural center you can also visit the exhibition hall which has changing exhibitions and events on a regular basis.
